If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
OPTRX is a special operations selection preparation application designed to help candidates prepare for military fitness testing and selection pipelines, including but not limited to Air Force Special Warfare (PJ, CCT, SR, TACP), Navy Special Warfare (SEAL, SWCC, EOD), and Army Special Forces (Green Berets).

The App is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire service at any time with reasonable notice.
To access most features of the App, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@optrx.app if you believe your account has been compromised.
Each account is for a single individual. You may not share your account credentials with others or allow others to use your account.
You agree not to impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity, including misrepresenting your military status or branch affiliation.
OPTRX offers the following subscription options:
Annual pricing options may be available and will be displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are in USD.
Where offered, free trials provide full access to the applicable subscription tier for the specified trial period. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are processed by Apple in accordance with Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have access to paid features until that date. We do not issue refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
All subscription purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have the ability to issue direct refunds for App Store purchases.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conduct standards, at our sole discretion.
By submitting content to the App (including workout logs, community posts, Q&A submissions, and profile data), you grant OPTRX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and process that content for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the fitness scores and data you enter. Inaccurate data will result in an inaccurate training protocol. OPTRX is not responsible for training outcomes resulting from data you have entered incorrectly.
OPTRX's community features are intended to support candidates training for military selection. Content must be relevant, respectful, and honest. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our community standards.
All content within the App — including but not limited to training programs, workout structures, IFT standards presentation, pipeline information, interface design, text, graphics, and branding — is the intellectual property of OPTRX or is licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any OPTRX content without our prior written permission.
"OPTRX," the OPTRX logo, "Operator Protocol," and related marks are trademarks of OPTRX. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
Pipeline standards, IFT minimums, and branch-specific requirements included in the App are based on publicly available government information. This information is provided for educational reference only. OPTRX makes no claim of ownership over publicly available military standards data.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the App, you grant us the right to use that feedback without compensation or attribution to you.
The App integrates with third-party services including Supabase (authentication and data storage), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Apple (App Store payments). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. OPTRX is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
OPTRX does not guarantee that use of the App will result in passing military fitness tests, selection for any military program, or any specific fitness outcome. Results depend on individual effort, starting fitness level, adherence to the program, and many factors outside our control.
We strive to maintain accurate and current military fitness standards in the App. However, military standards are subject to change by the respective branches without notice to us. You should always verify current standards through official military recruiting channels before your test or selection event.
We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OPTRX AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO OPTRX IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OPTRX and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time by contacting support@optrx.app. Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in conduct harmful to other users or to OPTRX, or for any other reason at our discretion. In cases of serious violations (e.g., harassment, abuse), termination may be immediate without prior notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which OPTRX is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted on an individual basis. You and OPTRX each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the unauthorized use of intellectual property or other irreparable harm.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, sending you a notice via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, stop using the App and cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
